Hi, my name is Snowball.

      I am a white (albino) crow.  When I came out of my nest, back in May of 1990, my black cousins decided to attack me.  They decided that sweet little ol' me was a threat to the rest of them.  They said that my beautiful white feathers would attract all kinds of mean and nasty predators and because that would endanger them, I had to die.  I was very lucky though, a very kind gentleman was walking by when my cousins attacked me and he rescued me from them.  He then took me to the Ham's.  It was Norma (Earl's wife) and Kathy (Earl's daughter) that took over feeding me as I wasn't old enough yet to feed myself.  Once I was feeding myself and I was ready to show off to the world, I went down to FFlocks and I was able to grace the front window of FFlocks for 8 years.  I then retired from public life and went back home to the Ham's where I am still the star of the house and everyone responds to my caw!

Note: Snowball is still alive and well and just as bossy as she has always been.  December 29, 2005
